1、简介

天丝骨感柔软剂ZD－883为特殊氨基改性聚硅氧烷弹性体，适用于天然纤维、合成纤维及其混纺织物柔软整理，特别适用于对手感要求很高的织物。

外  观：乳白色液体

离子性：弱阳离子

pH  值：6.5－7.5（1%水溶液）

3.特性及优点

☆    处理后织物手感软滑，并有极佳的弹性风格，赋予织物天丝般冰凉手感。

☆    化学稳定性良好。

☆    可以单独使用，悬垂性好，也可以与其它柔软剂复配使用

☆    适用于纯棉、T/C织物的柔软滑弹整理, 在其它纤维织物上有较好的手感。

棉、麻、等天然纤维织物柔软整理。

涤、涤/棉、涤/粘、等织物的手感整理。

Tencel Skinny Softener ZD-883

1. Brief  introduction

Tencel skinny softener ZD-883 is a special amino modified polysiloxane elastomer. It is suitable for soft finishing of natural fibers, synthetic fibers and their blended fabrics, especially for fabrics with high hand feeling requirements.

2.Basic traits

Appearance:   milky white liquid

Ionicity:      weak cation

pH value:     6.5-7.5 (1% aqueous solution)

3.Characteristics and advantages

☆   After treatment, the fabric feels soft and smooth, with excellent elastic style, giving the fabric a silky cold feel.

☆   Good chemical stability.

☆   Can be used alone with good drapability and can also be used in combination with other softeners.

☆   Suitable for soft and elastic finishing of cotton and T/C fabrics, and has a good handle on other fabrics.

4.Application range

Cotton, hemp, and other natural fiber fabrics are softly finished.

Handle finishing of polyester, polyester/cotton, polyester/viscose, etc.

5.Recommended amount

General finishing: Tencel Skinny Softener ZD-883     10-40g/L

Imitated tencel finishing: Tencel Skinny Softener ZD-883  40-100g/L

6. Package and storage 

Plastic drum/125kg

Store in a cool and ventilated warehouse with a shelf life of six months.
