湿摩牢度提升剂ZD-558

1、简介

湿摩牢度提升剂ZD-558是高分子类聚合物组成，能显著提高纤维素纤维染色织物的干、湿摩牢度。

2.基 本 性 状 ：  

 外  观：无色至黄色粘稠液体

 离子性：阳离子

 pH  值：6.0-8.0（1%水溶液）

 溶解性：易溶于水

3.特性及优点：

☆  可明显提高干、湿摩擦牢度。

☆  可以与非离子和阳离子产品配伍，但要做相关对牢度影响试验。

☆  不影响色光与日晒牢度。

☆  处理之后不影响织物的手感。 

☆  优异的低泡沫性能和不含APEO。

适用于各类染色织物的增加干、湿摩牢度的固色整理。

浸轧式：湿摩牢度提升剂ZD-558     20-50g/l

浸渍式：湿摩牢度提升剂ZD-558     2-6%

注：具体用量根据工艺要求的不同可作调整

125kg塑料桶装。

置阴凉通风仓库，贮存期为12个月。

Wet Rubbing Fastness Improver ZD-558

1. Brief  introduction

The wet rubbing fastness improver ZD-558 is composed of polymeric compound, which can significantly improve the dry and wet rubbing fastness of cellulose dyed fabrics.

2.Basic traits:

Appearance:  colorless to yellow viscous liquid

Ionicity:     cation

pH value:    6.0-8.0 (1% aqueous solution)

Solubility:   soluble in water

3.Characteristics and advantages:

It can obviously improve the dry and wet rubbing fastness.

It can be compatible with non-ionic and cationic products, but the fastness test should be made.

It does not affect the color and light fastness.

It does not affect the feel of fabric after treatment.

It features low foam performance and has no APEO.

4.Application range:

It is suitable for the fixing of dry and wet fastness of various dyed fabrics.

Padding type: Wet Rubbing Fastness Improver ZD-558          20-50g/l

Impregnation type: Wet Rubbing Fastness Improver ZD-558      2-6%
