1、简介

本品是采用微生物深层纯种发酵、精制而成。用于棉织物或含纤维素织物的除毛抛光整理。

2.活力

活力：20000-59000U/ml (酶活力测定方法为CMC法)

3.性状

外  观：深褐至浅黄色液体

组  成：纤维素酶、稳定剂、抗菌剂等

溶解性：与水混溶

4.使用

☆    除工业水洗机外，本品也非常适用于溢流喷射染色机

☆    推荐用量：0.5%—5%（o.w.f）

☆    浴    比：1:8—1:15

☆    温    度：40—550C（500C为最佳）

☆    PH   值：5.0 -7.0（5.5-6.0为最佳)

☆    酶的灭活：用碳酸钠溶液将PH调至9.0—9.5，同时升温至65—800C，至少保持10—15分钟

5.储存及运输

 本品受高温、强光影响将会引起活力降低，应存放在低温250C以下干燥处，避免阳光直射。本品按普通货物运输

6.注意

 使用本品时应注意防止粘膜或皮肤接触，若有接触应用清水冲洗干净。

1. Brief  introduction

This product is exquisitely made by deep pure strain fermentation of microorganism. It is used for wool removal and polishing of cotton or cellulose-containing fabrics.

2.Vitality

Vitality: 20000-59000U/ML (the enzyme activity determination method is CMC method)

3.Traits

Appearance: dark brown to light yellow liquid

Composition: cellulase, stabilizer, antibacterial agent, etc.

Solubility:   miscible with water

4.Usage

☆     In addition to industrial washing machines, this product is also very suitable for overflow jet dyeing machines.

☆     Recommended amount: 0.5% - 5% (o.w.f)

☆     Bath ratio: 1:8-1:15

☆      emperature: 40-550C (500C is the best)

☆     PH value: 5.0 -7.0 (5.5-6.0 is the best)

☆      nactivation of the enzyme: adjust the pH to 9.0-9.5 with sodium carbonate solution, and raise the temperature to 65-800C for at least 10-15 minutes.

5. Storage and transportation

This product will be affected by high temperature and strong light, which will reduce its vitality. It should be stored in a dry place below 250C without direct sunlight. The product should be transported in accordance with the transport specifications of ordinary goods.

6.Notes

When using this product, more attention should be paid to prevent mucosal or skin contact. If contact occurs, rinsing with clean water.
