还原剂ZD-528为代替硫化碱应用于硫化染料的染色工艺中，具有良好的上色、还原电位高的特点，属于新型环保产品。

白色粉末状

PH值 6-7（1%水溶液）

硫化还原剂替代硫化碱

无色，无味

3. 特性及优点

4.参考用量

染液烧碱浓度：          3g/L-15g/L

硫化碱与还原剂比例：    1：0.4-0.6

化料顺序：              烧碱→硫化染料→还原剂

染色温度：              90℃以上

染色工艺参考比例：       硫化黑：还原剂：烧碱

                                            100 ：    50  :    10

5.包装与储存

25KG纸袋包装，放于阴凉处通风仓库，保存期为六个月

Reducing Agent ZD-528

Sulfuric acid reducing agent replaces sodium sulfide

Ratio of alkali sulfide to reducing agent         1:0.4-0.6

Material sequence: caustic soda → sulfur dye → reducing agent

5. Package and storage

Pack with 25kg paper bag. Store in a cool and ventilated warehouse with a shelf life of six months.
