仿天丝硅油ZD-886

1、简介

仿天丝硅油系由特殊嵌段改性有机硅材料研制而成，适用于棉，涤棉、及其他混纺等织物细腻滑爽柔软整理，处理后能赋予织物天丝般手感。

2、基本性状

外观： 半透明或白色液体

PH值： 6左右

离子性：弱阳离子

溶解性：可以溶解分散于水中

3、特性及优点

☆    整理后赋予织物细腻滑爽柔软的手感。

☆    不可与阴离子同浴使用。

4、应用范围

适用于棉，涤棉、及其他混纺等织物

5、参考用量

浸轧法：5-20g/L

浸渍法：2~5%（O.W.F）

6、包装与贮存

125KG塑料桶装，密封贮存，常温下贮存期为6个月。

1. Brief  introduction

Tencel silicone oil is developed from special block modified organosilicone material, suitable for cotton, polyester cotton, and other blended fabrics such as smooth and soft finish, after treatment can give fabrics tencel feel.

2. Basic traits  

Appearance : translucent color or White liquid

PH value :  about 6

Lonicity:  weak cation

Solubility: It can dissolve and disperse in water

3. Characteristics and advantages 

☆   Finishing gives the fabric a smooth, delicate and soft feel.

☆   Do not use with anions in the one-bath.

4. Application range

Suitable for cotton, polyester cotton, and other blended fabrics

5. Suggested dosage

Padding method : 5-20g/l

Dipping method : 2~5%（O.W.F）
