起毛柔软剂ZD-866

1、简介

起毛柔软剂是针对棉、棉涤混纺等织物之起毛加工而开发产品，由于具有赋予织物特殊的柔软膨松触感，热安定性佳等特性，广泛被应用于起毛、起绒的面料加工。

2、基本性状

外 观： 白色液体

PH 值： 6-7

离子性：弱阳离子性

溶解性：易溶于水

3、特性及优点

☆   加工后具有优异的柔软膨松触感、静电防止，提供涤、涤/棉等纤维良好的起毛性。 

☆   起毛加工后，不会降低各项坚牢度。

☆   热安定性佳，加工后不变色。

☆   适用于浸轧、快速缸使用。

用于棉、棉涤混纺等织物

5、参考用量

浸染2 ~ 4 % o.w.f，

轧浸   10 ~ 30 g/l

6、包装与贮存

125KG塑料桶装，密封贮存，常温下贮存期为6个月。

Fuzz softener ZD-866

1. Brief  introduction

Fuzz softener is a product developed for the fuzz processing of cotton and cotton-polyester blended fabrics. It is widely used in the fuzz and fuzz processing of fabrics because of its special soft bulk touch and good thermal stability.

2. Basic traits  

Appearance :  white liquid

PH value :  6-7

Lonicity:  weak cation

Solubility:  soluble in water

3. Characteristics and advantages 

☆   After processing, it has excellent soft and puffy touch, electrostatic prevention, and provides good fuzziness of polyester, polyester/cotton and other fibers.

☆    It will not reduce the fastness after the pilling process.

☆    Good thermal stability, no discoloration after processing

☆    Suitable for dipping and quick cylinder use.

Used for cotton, cotton polyester blended fabrics

5. Suggested dosage

Dipping method : 2~4%（o.w.f）

Padding method : 10-30 g/l

Plastic barrel/125kg

Sealed storage, room temperature storage period of 6 month.
