碱活素ZD-915

1. 简介

碱活素是一种高含量的有机缓冲复合碱，取代传统工艺中的纯碱，在棉纤维观蓝等染料染色中作为固色碱，是国内目前新型的节能环保降耗型的创新产品。

2. 基本性状  

成分：高含量缓冲有机复合碱

外观：白色粉状颗粒

PH值（1%水溶液）：11.5左右

溶解性：与水互溶

3. 特性及优点

☆ 碱活素用量少，所以化料极为方便，在染液中分散非常均匀，故能避免在染色中产生色花以及灰伤的疵病。

☆ 碱活素是新型的缓冲碱，也能保证有足够的极性而赋予被染物高的ACS值（给色量）。

☆ 良好的易洗涤性。尤其在深色泽的染色中，同等工艺条件下无纯碱洗涤不尽残留而造成的白斑，并且具有比纯碱固色更优异的干、湿摩擦牢度性能。

☆ 不但适用于观蓝染料，而且是乙烯基、嘧啶二氮三烯杂环类等活性染料的染色，具有高的ACS值和重现性。

4. 注意事项

☆ 使用前请准确称量。

☆ 使用时尤其化料时，要加强劳动保护，避免直接接触皮肤，如碰上应立即用冷水冲淋即可。

5. 包装和储运

25㎏编织袋包装。

置于阴凉通风处，贮存期12个月。

The Alkaline Dyeing Assistan is a high-content organic buffer compound alkali, which replaces soda ash in traditional processes and serves as a fixing alkali in dyeing cotton fibers with reactive dyes. It is a new type of energy-saving, environmentally friendly and cost-reducing innovative product in China at present.

3. Characteristics and advantages

☆ The amount of Alkaline Dyeing Assistan is small, so the process of material preparation is very convenient. The material is uniformly dispersed in the dye solution, thus avoiding the occurrence of color spots and gray damage defects during dyeing.

☆ The Alkaline Dyeing Assistan is a new type of buffering base. It can also ensure sufficient polarity and thereby give the stained substance a high ACS value.（ color value）

☆  Excellent washability. Especially in the dyeing of dark colors, under the same process conditions, there are no white spots caused by the incomplete removal of soda ash, and it has better dry and wet rubbing fastness properties than soda ash fixation.

☆ It is not only applicable to indigo dyeing, but also suitable for dyeing of vinyl, pyrimidine diazinone heterocyclic compounds and other reactive dyes. It has a high ACS value and good reproducibility.
