白芯剂ZD-199

1.简介

白芯剂ZD-199是高分子类聚合物组成，能显著提高纤维素纤维染色织物的干、湿摩牢度。

2.基本性状：  

 外  观：无色至黄色粘稠液体

 离子性：阳离子

 pH  值：5.0-8.0（1%水溶液）

 溶解性：易溶于水

3.特性及优点：

☆ 可明显提高干、湿摩擦牢度。

☆ 可以与非离子和阳离子产品配伍，但要做相关对牢度影响试验。

☆ 不影响色光与日晒牢度。

☆ 处理之后不影响织物的手感。 

☆ 优异的低泡沫性能和不含APEO。

4.应用范围： 

适用于各类染色织物的增加干、湿摩牢度的固色整理。

5.参考用量： 

浸轧式：白芯剂ZD-199     20-50g/l

浸渍式：白芯剂ZD-199     2-6%

注：具体用量根据工艺要求的不同可作调整

6.包装和储存： 

125kg塑料桶装。

置阴凉通风仓库，贮存期为12个月。

Yarn Gap Filler  ZD-199

1. Brief  introduction：

The Yarn Gap Filler ZD-199 is composed of polymeric compound, which can significantly improve the dry and wet rubbing fastness of cellulose dyed fabrics.

2.Basic traits:

      Appearance:  colorless to yellow viscous liquid

      Ionicity:     cation

      pH value:    5.0-8.0 (1% aqueous solution)

      Solubility:   soluble in water

3.Characteristics and advantages:

☆ It can obviously improve the dry and wet rubbing fastness.

☆ It can be compatible with non-ionic and cationic products, but the fastness test should be made.

☆ It does not affect the color and light fastness.

☆ It does not affect the feel of fabric after treatment.

☆ It features low foam performance and has no APEO.

4.Application range:

It is suitable for the fixing of dry and wet fastness of various dyed fabrics.

5.Recommended amount:

Padding type: Yarn Gap Filler ZD-199          20-50g/l

Impregnation type: Yarn Gap Filler ZD-199      2-6%

6.Package and storage 

Plastic drum/125kg

Store in a cool and ventilated warehouse with a period of 12 months.
