分散剂ZD-912

1.简介

分散剂ZD-912主要用于纺织印染工艺中的分散染料、靛蓝染料、硫化染料、直接染料、活性染料等的分散、扩散、增容作用，能更好的达到均匀染色效果，布面更靓丽。

2.基本性状

外观：黄褐色粘稠液体（25℃）

组成：苯乙烯苯酚聚氧乙烯醚磺化之阴离子表面活性剂

离子性：阴离子

Ph值（1%）：3.0-5.0

溶解性：易溶于水

☆加入分散剂ZD-912以保持不溶性染料成为水-染料的分散体系而达到染料均匀染色的目的。

☆具有较好的耐热及低温分散性，使用方便。

Dispersant ZD-912

1. Brief Introduction

Dispersant ZD-912 is mainly used in the textile printing and dyeing process for the dispersion, diffusion and solubilization of disperse dyes, indigo dyes, sulfur dyes, direct dyes and reactive dyes, etc. It can better achieve uniform dyeing effects and make the fabric surface more lustrous.

2. Basic traits 

 Appearance: Brownish-yellow viscous liquid (at 25℃)

Composition: Anionic surfactant obtained by sulfonation of styrene phenol polyoxyethylene ether

Ion type: Anion

pH value (1%): 3.0-5.0

Solubility: Easily soluble in water
