消泡剂ZD-580是一种特殊的有机硅乳化体，具有很低的表面张力和内聚能，能够消除已产生的泡沫并抑制泡沫再产生。

The antifoaming agent ZD-580 is a special organic silicone emulsion with low surface tension and internal energy accumulation, which can eliminate foam and inhibit foam reproduction.

Appearance:  milky white emulsion

pH value:    5.0-6.5 (1% aqueous solution)

Ionicity:     nonionic

Dispersibility: can be evenly dispersed in water

Excellent defoaming and antifoaming properties.

Good heat stability and anti-shear performance.

Without large amount of demulsification and oil precipitation.

Good compatibility with other additives.

4.Application range

Defoaming and antifoaming in the process of pretreatment and dyeing, etc.

5.Recommended amount

Antifoaming agent ZD-580   0.1-0.5g/L (the specific amount depends on the foaming degree of the working fluid)

Pay attention to the seal after open to avoid direct sun exposure.
