消红光整理剂ZD-819

1、简介

消红光整理剂 ZD-819为特殊氨基改性硅油微乳液，属环保型柔软助剂，用于棉、麻、涤纶等各类纤维手感整理，本品最大的特点是对牛仔布或纯棉针织等面料由于染色后色光偏红，达不到交货要求，需要在后整理时加入本硅油来调整，以达到消红光的目的。

外  观：无色至微白色透明液体

离子性：弱阳离子

pH  值：6.0-7.0（1%水溶液）

溶解性：可以任意比例分散于水中

3.特性及优点

☆   可赋予织物特别优异的丰满、蓬松、柔软、滑爽的手感；

☆   可均匀吸附并渗透到织物内部，经整理织物回弹性极佳；

☆   高稳定性，耐硬水、耐电解质，基本消除粘辊现象；

☆   会消掉红光，偏蓝青光，可作调色光助剂用，可以增加颜色深度。

Eliminating Red-light Finishing Agent ZD-819

1. Brief  introduction

The eliminating red-light finishing agent ZD-819 is a special amino modified silicone oil micro emulsion, which is an environmental-friendly softening addictive. It is used for hand finishing of all kinds of fibers such as cotton, linen and polyester. The function of this product is to eliminate red light. The fabric of denim or pure cotton and knitted fabric usually turns red after dyeing, which cannot reach the delivery requirement. As a result, it needs to be adjusted by adding this silicone oil during finishing.

2.Basic traits

Appearance:  colorless and slight white transparent liquid

Ionicity:     weak cation

pH value:     6.0-7.0 (1% aqueous solution)

Solubility:   dispersed in water at any ratio

3. Characteristics and advantages

☆   Give the fabric a particularly excellent feeling of fullness, fluffiness, softness and smoothness;

☆   Absorb and penetrate into the fabric evenly, and the elasticity of the finished fabric is excellent;

☆   With high stability, hard water and electrolyte resistance, it can basically eliminate sticking roller phenomenon;

☆   Eliminate red light and blue light. It can be used as an additive to increase the shades of color.

Used for cotton, hemp, polyester and other fiber finishing

Adjust the reddish color of fabrics, such as denim or cotton knit, caused after dyeing

Dipping method:     Eliminating Red-light Finishing Agent   1-4%

Padding method:     Eliminating Red-light Finishing Agent   20-40 g/L

6.Package and storage

 Store in a cool and ventilated warehouse with a shelf life of eight months.
