扩散剂ZD-318

1、简介

扩散剂ZD-318为阴离子表面活性剂，具有良好的润湿、渗透及分散性能，广泛用于前处理及染色工序。

2.基本性状

外  观：褐色透明液体

离子性：阴离子

pH  值：7.0-8.0（1％水溶液）

溶解性：可用水以任何比例稀释

3.特性及优点

☆     分散能力强，可防止染料沉淀。

☆     提高染料的渗透性，有助于匀染。

☆     具有较好的去除油污的功效。

4.应用范围

多种纤维及其混纺产品的前处理及染色。

改善还原染色的色素沉淀均染性。

扩散剂ZD-3181-3%(o.w.f)

注：还原染料吸尽法染色，在色素沉淀与半沉淀的程序中，添加扩散剂BF1.5-3%

The diffusion agent ZD-318, an anionic surfactant with good wettability, permeability and dispersibility, is widely used in pretreatment and dyeing processes.

2.Basic traits

Appearance: brown transparent liquid

pH value: 7.0-8.0 (1% aqueous solution)

Solubility: diluted with water in any proportion

3.Features and advantages

☆     Strong dispersing ability to prevent dye precipitation.

☆     Improve the permeability of dyes and help leveling.

☆     Good effect on removing oil.

4.Application range

Pretreatment and dyeing of various fibers and their blends.

Improving the homogeneity of pigments precipitation in reduction dyeing.

Diffusion agent ZD-318      1-3% (o.w.f)

Notes: In the process of pigmentation and semi-precipitation, the diffusion agent BF1.5-3% is added.
