抗静电剂ZD-801

1、简介

抗静电剂ZD-801为聚氧乙烯类高分子复合物，用于棉、涤、纱线等各类织物面料的抗静电整理，经其处理过的纤维表面具有很好的吸湿导电性和防污、防尘性，并可改善织物的抗起毛起球性能。

2.特性及优点

☆   经处理织物具有优良的吸湿导电性和防污、防尘性；

☆   可提高整理后的织物的抗起毛起球性能； 

☆   配伍性较佳，可与固色剂、硅油、防水剂等同时使用；

☆   与常规的季铵盐类抗静电剂相比，适应性更广，且不会造成织物的落色、色变及黄变。

外  观：无色至淡黄色透明液体

离子性：非离子

pH  值：6.0 -8.0 （1%水溶液）

溶解性：可用水以任意比例稀释

各类织物的抗静电整理；

合成纤维纺丝、织造时的抗静电添加剂。

Antistatic Agent ZD-801

1. Brief  introduction

Antistatic agent ZD-801 is a polyoxyethylene polymer compound used for antistatic finishing of cotton, polyester, yarn and other fabrics. The treated fiber surface has a good moisture absorption, conductivity, antifouling and dust resistance, and can improve the pilling resistance of fabrics.

2.Characteristics and advantages

☆  The treated fabrics have excellent hygroscopicity, conductivity, antifouling and dust-proof properties.

☆   It can improve the pilling resistance of the finished fabric.

☆   It can be used with fixing agent, silicone oil and waterproofing agent at the same time.

☆   Compared with the conventional quaternary ammonium salt antistatic agent, it has a wider adaptability, and does not cause fabric fading, discoloration and yellowing.

Appearance: colorless to pale yellow transparent liquid

Ionicity:    nonionic

pH value:   6.0 - 8.0 (1% aqueous solution)

Solubility:  diluted with water in any ratio

4.Application range

Antistatic finishing of various types of fabrics.

Antistatic additive for spinning and weaving of synthetic fibers.

Dipping method: antistatic agent DJ-531      1-3% (o.w.f)

Padding method: antistatic agent DJ-531      10-30g/L
