防水剂ZD-922

1、简介

防水剂ZD-922为有机氟化合物，具有很低的表面张力，并能在纤维表面形成致密的交联薄膜，用于各种纤维织物的防水整理。

pH  值：4.0-6.0（1%水溶液）

 尼龙织物ZD-922    15-30g/L（170°C×1min）

 涤/棉织物ZD-922    15-30g/L（150°C×2min）

 全棉织物ZD-922   30-50g/L（150°C×3min）

 注：实际的用量视需求的性能调节。

置于阴凉通风仓库，贮存期为六个月

Waterproof Agent ZD-922

1. Brief  introduction

Waterproofing agent ZD-922 is an organic fluoride compound with low surface tension and thus forms dense cross-linking film on the surface of fibers for waterproofing.

Appearance:  white lotion

Ionicity:     weak cations

pH value:    4.0-6.0 (1% aqueous solution)

4.Application range

Suitable for waterproof finishing of fabrics, such as polyester, nylon, cotton, polyester/cotton and polyester/sticky fabrics.

5.Suggested dosage

 Polyester fabric ZD-922         5-15g/L (170°C×1min)

 Nylon fabric ZD-922           15-30g/L (170°C×1min)

 polyester/cotton fabric ZD-922   15-30g/L (150°C×2min)

 cotton fabric ZD-922           30-50g /L (150 °C×3min)

 Note: Dosage can be adjusted according to the requirement of performance.

6.Package& Storage

 Plastic barrel/ 125kg

 Store in a cool and ventilated warehouse with a period of six months.
