靛蓝固色剂ZD-566是特殊反应基团的高分子聚合物。

外  观    淡黄透明液体

离子性    弱阳离子

PH  值   6.0左右（1%水溶液）

溶解性    易溶于水

3、特性及优点

☆    具有优良的固色性能，可明显提高皂洗、水洗牢度。

☆    可消除红光，增加织物颜色的鲜艳度。

☆    特别是对靛蓝和硫化的固色效果更佳。

☆    对染浴 PH 值有广泛的适应性，耐硬水。

4.应用范围：

适用于靛蓝和硫化等染色的织物固色处理；

5、参考用量

浸渍法    用量：  0.5-3%（o.w.f）

浸轧法    用量：  6-10g/l

6.包装与储存

125KG塑料桶内衬塑料袋包装。

 应密封存放在阴凉、干燥、通风处， 储存期为6个月。

3、Characteristics and advantages

☆     With excellent fixing property, it can significantly improve the fastness of soaping and washing.

☆     It can eliminate red light and increase the brightness of fabrics color.

☆     The fixing effect of the indigo and sulphur dye is especially good.

☆     With broad adaptability to the PH value of dyeing bath, it is resistant to hard water.

4.  Application range

 It is suitable for the fixing treatment of dyed fabrics such as indigo and vulcanization dyeing;

5. Suggested dosage

Dipping method      Dosage: 0.5-3% (o.w.f)

 Padding method     Dosage: 6-10g/L

6. Package and storage 

125kg plastic drum lined with plastic bags.

 Store in a cool, dry and well ventilated place, with a shelf life of 6 months.
