棉用匀染剂ZD-561

1、简介

本品为特殊高分子聚合物复配制成，用于活性染料、还原染料、直接染料等染料可溶化力，增进溶解度与提升分散性，达到均染效果。

2、基本性状

外  观： 褐色液体

PH  值： 7左右

离子性： 阴离子

溶解性： 可以任意比例水稀释        

 3、特性及优点

☆    对于棉或 涤/棉 染色时，可以防止齐聚合物与金属结合产生硅垢，对染机缸壁产生污染。

☆    用于棉、涤棉、还原染料连续染色时，除可以提升染料溶解力外还可以防止Tailing发生，以使染面均匀一致性，防止染面不良。

☆    不与阳离子物质混合会产生沉淀

 用于活性染料、分散染料、还原染料、直接染料等染色工艺。

125KG塑料桶装，密封贮存，常温下贮存期为6个月。

1. Brief  introduction

This product is a special polymer compound prepared, used for reactive dyes, VAT dyes, direct dyes and other dyes solubility, improve the solubility and dispersion, to achieve uniform dyeing effect.

2. Basic traits

PH value : about 7

Lonicity:  anion

Solubility: It can be diluted with any proportion of water

3. Characteristics and advantages 

☆   For cotton or polyester/cotton dyeing, can prevent the combination of polymer and metal to produce silicon scale, pollution to the cylinder wall of the dyeing machine.

☆   When it is used for continuous dyeing of cotton, polyester cotton and VAT dye, it can not only improve the solubility of dye but also prevent the occurrence of Tailing, so as to make the dyeing surface even and consistent and prevent the bad dyeing surface.

☆   Not mixed with cationic materials will produce precipitation.
