同浴除油剂ZD-166

 1、简介

本品具有非常好的脱脂乳化能力，对化纤类纤维的矿物油和纺丝油、织造油剂等都能充分地进行乳化、分散，并可以避免形成浮油及浮蜡；是去除各种油污、斑渍的理想助剂，即使添加至连续精练浴中也能完全达到目的。适用于添加至酸性～碱性染浴中进行染色同浴加工。

3、特性及优点

☆    优良的乳化、分散性，不仅对普通针织油剂、蜡质，对于化纤类织物，如涤纶、尼龙、醋酸纤维等合成纤维拉丝油剂、织造油剂均有良好的去除作用；

☆    对氨纶含有机硅纺丝油剂也具有杰出的去除效果，适合包括氨纶在内各种纤维的针织物、纱线的精练前处理。

☆    在分散染料酸性染色条件下，也能发挥良好的乳化、除油作用，适用于涤纶及其氨纶弹力针织物酸性条件下一浴精练染色的除油精练。

☆    本产品属于低泡除油剂，适合各类轻渍油污、斑渍的去除工艺。

☆    使用范围较宽PH值 4～11之间均可。

☆    It also has an outstanding removal effect on the silicone spinning agent of spandex, which is suitable for the pre-scouring treatment of knitted fabrics and yarns of various fibers including spandex.

☆    It can also play a good role in emulsification and oil removal under the acidic dyeing condition of disperse dyes. It is suitable for the oil removal refining of polyester and spandex elastic knitted fabrics in one bath under acidic conditions.
