多功能精练酶MD-162

1、简介

工本品是一种复合型环保产品。主要应用于针织布、棉纱、棉布、麻及一般涤绦织物在染色前的漂白整理工序。经多功能精练酶处理后可有效去除棉面料中的蜡类、浆料、自然盐份、自然颜色等杂质。使织物表面光洁、白度提高、手感柔软滑爽，具有良好的外观表现。多功能精练酶替代了传统艺中的烧碱、渗透剂、精炼剂、氧漂稳定剂、螯合剂等多种助剂。

PH　 值：11左右（1%水溶液）

离子类型：非离子

溶 解 性：易溶于温水中

3、特性及优点

☆    极大减少了使用的助剂品种，高度简化了漂白工艺。

☆    减少了漂白过程中对纤维的损伤，提高纤维的毛效和亲水性。

☆    多功能精练酶为环保产品，不含APEO。

棉针织、涤/棉

双氧水(27.5%)    5毫升/升

多功能精练酶　   2-4克/升

浴 比：1：10   95-100℃，40-50分钟，热水洗，水洗

棉麻

双氧水(27.5%)   10-15毫升/升

多功能精练酶  　3-5克/升

浴 比：1：10-15，95-100℃，  40-60分钟，热水洗，水洗

棉织物轧蒸连续式

双氧水(27.5%)    30-50毫升/升

多功能精练酶     10-20克/升

汽蒸(100℃，60分钟)热水洗，水洗

备注：以上工艺根据染厂实际情况试验后酌情调整。

5、包装与贮存

25kg编织袋，密封贮存，常温通风干燥处6个月。

1. Brief  introduction

Industrial product is a compound environmental protection products. It is mainly used in the bleaching finishing process of knitted fabrics, cotton yarns, cotton fabrics, linen and general polyester fabrics before dyeing. After multifunctional scouring enzyme treatment, it can effectively remove impurities such as wax, pulp, natural salt and natural color in cotton fabric. Make the surface of the fabric smooth, improve the whiteness, feel soft and smooth, with good appearance. Multifunctional refining enzymes replace caustic soda, penetrant, refining agent, oxygen bleaching stabilizer, chelating agent and other additives in traditional arts.

3. Characteristics and advantages 

☆   Greatly reduced the use of auxiliaries variety, highly simplified bleaching process.

4. Application range

Cotton Knit、Polyester/cotton :

Hydrogen Peroxide(27.5%)     5 Ml/l

Multifunctional scouring enzyme  2-4 G/l,

Bath ratio  1：10   95-100℃, 40-50minutes,  hot wash, wash 

COTTON&LINEN:

Hydrogen Peroxide(27.5%)     10-15 Ml/l

Multifunctional scouring enzyme  3-5 G/l,

Bath ratio  1：10   95-100℃, 40-60minutes,  hot wash, wash 

Continuous rolling and steaming of cotton fabric:

Hydrogen Peroxide(27.5%)     30-50 Ml/l

Multifunctional scouring enzyme  10-20 G/l,

Steaming (100℃，60min)  hot wash, wash

Remarks: The above process shall be adjusted according to the actual situation of dyeing plant.

5. Package and storage 

Plastic barrel/125kg

Store in a cool place with the quality guarantee period of six months.
