低温精练剂ZD-161

1、简介

本品多种表面活性剂经特殊工艺复合而成，具有优良的渗透，乳化，分散和净洗能力；在印染煮练工艺中，能够大幅提高煮练毛效，毛效均匀，去杂净性能，用于织物的前处理工序。

离子性：阴/非离子

溶解性：与水互溶

3、特性及优点

☆    具有良好的储存稳定性和良好的配伍性，可与氧化退浆剂，稳定剂及其它阴、非离子表面活性剂同浴使用。

☆    主要适用于涤棉交织或混纺织物的前处理，得色深艳，失重少，手感好。

☆    前处理可以采用低温60~80℃处理，可以达到传统工艺的煮练效果，节约能源，绿色环保。

☆    本品不含APEO等违禁品，符合出口环保要求。

浸轧法参考工艺：

 烧碱                      10~25g/L

 低温精练剂              5~10g/L

 双氧水                   10~15g/L

 60~80℃*60~70min→90~95℃热水洗2~3格→室温水洗→烘干

6、包装与贮存

125Kg塑料桶装，存放于阴凉通风干燥处，常温下贮存期为6个月。

1. Brief  introduction

3. Characteristics and advantages 

☆   It has good storage stability and good compatibility. It can be used in the one- bath with oxidizing desizing agent, stabilizer and other negative and non-ionic surfactants.

☆   It is mainly applied to the pretreatment of poly-cotton interwoven or blended fabrics, with deep and brilliant color, less weight loss and good hand feel.

☆   Pre-treatment can be processed at a low temperature of 60~80℃, which can achieve the boiling effect of traditional technology, energy saving, green environmental protection.

☆   This product does not contain APEO and other contraband, in line with export environmental protection requirements.

The dipping method refers to the process：

Caustic soda    10~25g/L

Low temperature scouring agent   5~10g/L

Hydrogen Peroxide    10~15g/L

60~80℃*60~70min→90~95℃hot wash 2~3格→Room temperature washing→drying

6. Package and storage 

Plastic barrel/125kg

Store in a cool place with the quality guarantee period of six months.
